Russia Stock Market Plunges After Ukraine Invasion

The Moscow Exchange Index (MOEX) in U.S. dollars fell 46% from December 2021 to December 2024 following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. According to WFE data, the Moscow Exchange lost nearly half its market capitalization ($380 billion) in February 2022.
