EMDEs (Excluding China) GDP (PPP) Nears Advanced Economies in 2024

IMF data shows that by 2024, the GDP (PPP) of Emerging Market and Developing Economies (EMDEs), excluding China, approached that of Advanced Economies. Over the last three decades, the share of global GDP (PPP) held by EMDEs remained relatively stable, while Advanced Economies saw a decline in favor of China's rapid growth.
